Here’s a simple chicken with asparagus, ginger, and lamb’s lettuce salad recipe that will leave you feeling satisfied without breaking ketosis.

Have you ever tried to make a keto recipe? It can be a little tricky. With the right ingredients, it’s easy to make delicious food that won’t break your diet.

The key ingredients are: 

  • Chicken breasts
  • Asparagus (fresh)
  • Ginger (fresh)
  • Red peppers

You’ll also need some other common ingredients such as:

  • Onions
  • Mushrooms
  • Rocket salad (also known as arugula)
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

To kick things up a notch, we’ve also added:

  • Paprika
  • Chili flakes
  • Black Sesame Seeds
  • Poppy Seeds

Here’s how to make this easy dish:

  1. Cook the chicken in a pan with some olive oil until it’s browned on both sides.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook for another few minutes until they’re soft enough to eat but still have some crunch left in them.
  3. When everything is cooked through, serve it over a bed of lamb’s lettuce and rocket salad leaves with a drizzle of olive oil on top if desired.
  4. For extra flavor add some paprika, chilly flakes, black sesame seeds, and Poppy seeds.
